Job Description
- Lead and Deliver SystemLevel Projects: Collaborate with senior software engineers to design implement and deliver complex systemlevel projects.
- Architectural Design and Optimization: Design and oversee systemlevel architecture ensuring scalability and maintainability while continuously optimizing application performance.
- Code and Design Oversight: Lead and participate in code and design reviews approve changes and applicationlevel designs to maintain highquality standards and adherence to technical best practices.
- Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Implement bug fixes and conduct systemlevel troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Mentorship and Team Support: Mentor team members through pair programming and knowledge sharing proactively support the team by helping resolve issues and overcoming challenges.
- Feature Implementation and Testing: Efficiently implement and test new features contributing to automated testing efforts and validating features for functionality and reliability.
- OnCall Assistance: Provide support during oncall situations ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
Qualifications :
- Advanced Web development Skills: Expertise in Node.js and JavaScript with the ability to solve complex technical challenges (React TypeScript etc.).
- SSR Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience with ServerSide Rendering (SSR).
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a practical solutionfocused approach.
- ResultsDriven: Proactive and focused on getting things done driving projects forward.
- Innovative: Able to create new ideas and communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Team Player & Leader: Promotes collaboration and maintains high standards in the team.
- Eager to Learn: Interested in product ownership and committed to continuous improvement.
- Great Communicator: Upperintermediate English (B2) or higher with clear communication skills.
