Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SSC Recruiter who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment excels at multitasking and demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges. Join our team to make a meaningful impact while recruiting top talent for our SSC operations in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend recruitment processes for SSC roles including sourcing advertising screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract toptier candidates in the SSC sector.
- Build and maintain a strong diverse candidate pipeline using ATS tools and external platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing market insights recruitment strategies and regular updates on hiring progress.
- Design and implement effective assessment methodologies including skills testing and behavioral assessments to ensure a rigorous selection process.
- Lead and oversee complex recruitment projects ensuring the execution of multiple recruitment campaigns and process improvements in parallel.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the SSC sector.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends SSC market developments and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide detailed reports on performance pipeline status and hiring metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience preferably in an SSC or corporate environment with a proven track record of hiring across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing market mapping and proactive candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience in managing and delivering recruitmentrelated projects from start to finish.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proactive solutionoriented and driven to exceed expectations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.
