You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join Procores Sales Team. In this role youll apply an understanding of Procores solutions sales methodology processes and prospecting techniques to acquire new strategic midsized customers that can benefit from Procores worldclass project management tool for the construction industry. This positions primary function is new logo acquisition in the Nordic region where youll grow revenue with new solution sales to our prospective leads. This includes following up on inbound leads self prospecting qualifying solution selling negotiation and closing.
This position will be based in our Dublin office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Develop prospecting and account plans for prospect development to build rapport and create opportunities
Research accounts identify key players generate interest and obtain business requirements
Work cross functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to show Procores position as the leading construction software solution to prospects
Maintain accurate and uptodate forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
Work collaboratively with Account Managers to communicate customer goals pain points and all relevant customer information to ensure a smooth handoff to post enrollment activities (product adoption crossselling)
Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
Manage and maintain accurate leads opportunities and account information within Salesforce.com
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
Obtain repeat business referrals and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
Networking relationship building cold calling lead followup through emails product demonstrations and execution of service agreements
What were looking for:
Fluency in Swedish / Norwegian is preferred
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to self source and generate pipeline
Demonstrated success in software sales within the commercial market ideally in a B2B environment.
Experience using a consultative solutionbased sales methodology desired
Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling model
Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email and present professionally over zoom to our customers
Ability and resilience to work in a fastpaced sales environment
Ability to develop trusted relationships with onsite customer visits expected
Proficiency in G Suite products and online collaboration tools
Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems preferably Salesforce.com
Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
