Job Description

Were looking for an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join Procores Sales team. In this role youll partner with our Account Managers and Solution Specialists to support the sales lifecycle for existing enterprise businesses. 

As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative and expert resource to our Enterprise Account Managers youll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team.  Youll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloudbased software and Procore platform expertise. This position will report to the Senior Manager Sales Development and is based in our Dublin office.

What Youll Do:

  • Partner to generate a healthy Run Rate business within your strategic segment. Run Rate comprises product line upsell and contract expansion into current clients.
  • Build relationships with construction management CSuite leaders and critical decisionmakers by visiting clients. 
  • Work in close partnership with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to support post sale revenue efforts with clients and partners.
  • Participate in presentations and onsite meetings coordinate RFPs and position Procore as the leading construction software solution
  • Work with Field Sales team to expand existing business by addressing clients technical challenges.
  • Set up Enterprise Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within the clients organization.
  • Complete immersion and mastery of Procores product offerings business model services and emerging technologies.
  • Provide fellow team members with mentoring and support
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organisation to develop best practices connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procores evolution as a market leader.
  • Travel up to 25% to client sites industry events Procore offices and more!

What were looking for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven success in closing software sales ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in a solutionbased sales methodology demonstrating the ability to identify customer needs propose tailored solutions and close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in an inside sales role with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to engage and close deals with prospects including effectively managing conversations over the phone and via email to drive sales to completion.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven sales environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) including Gmail Docs Sheets Slides and Calendar.
  • Experience using CRM and opportunity management systems specifically Salesforce.com to track leads opportunities and customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline with strong forecasting skills and a datadriven approach to tracking sales performance and opportunities.
