Job Description
This is a hybrid role and can be based anywhere in Ireland
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager with a strong hunterstyle sales profile to expand our market presence and drive growth. If you thrive in a competitive environment are passionate about the food industry and have a proven track record in business development we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food testing and ingredient sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Present our services effectively to potential clients showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales preferably within the food testing or food ingredient industries.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Food Science or a related field is preferred.
