Job Description

  • Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
  • Participate in periodic meetings with the direct manager to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
  • Performing other duties related to the job.
  • Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures
  • Study the project contract documents (time schedule project design drawings BOQ etc...
  • Review and approved coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on the projects design drawings inaccurate with quality standards.
  • Responsible for Coordinated with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil electrical mechanical and infrastructure elect. etc.
  • Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approval. 
  • Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction
  • Review and prepare subcontractors Arch Shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
  • Review and approved any solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solutions.
  • Review asbuilt drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant. 
  • Review material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the Consultant.
  • Review all of the architectural designs after the approved concept design.
  • Review all design development from startup to end.
  • Revise all subcontractors invoices and owners related to his department.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in architecture Engineering  
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field experience.

  • Leadership skills                 

  • Planning organization and detail orientation

  • Management of Financial Resources

  • Decision Making

  •  Ability to lead and initiate strategic business plans 

  • Conflict resolution skills

  • Negotiating/Influencing Skills
