Junior Product Developer for Dining and Kitchen products at HM HOME

The role 
As a Junior Product Developer for the Dining room and Kitchen focusing on hard deco products and materials (such as ceramics glass wood stone straw) you will join a tight team of Product Developers Designers and Planners that is led by a Product Manager. As a Junior Product Developer you will actively support your Product Developer with daily tasks and to organize and execute the component and product development process in an efficient way in close collaboration with our production teams around the world. With a clear and efficient component and product development you contribute to meaningful growth and profitability in the department.

• Degree within product development buying retail business or similar 

• Preferably 12 years experience from a similar role  

• Experience from developing hard deco products & materials (such as ceramics glass wood stone straw) is considered as a plus.  

• Understanding of production processes and the capabilities and limitations 

• Knowledge and experience in PLM systems  

• Creative curious and have a big interest for interior 

• Independent and a solutionoriented problem solver  

• Strong administrative organizing and prioritizing skills 

• Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture short and long term goals 

• Demonstrated communication problem solving and collaboration skills  

• Result oriented and strong business growth mindset  

• Strong salesmanship and commercial thinking
