Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Gold Loan

Location: Rohtak Haryana
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Experience: Minimum 13 years
Product: Gold Loan

Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager – Gold Loan you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and acquiring new clients for our gold loan products. Your primary role will involve driving business ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets for gold loan products in the designated region. You will need to build strong relationships with clients understand their financial needs and guide them through the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and acquire new customers for the gold loan portfolio.
    • Actively market and promote gold loan products through networking direct selling and partnerships.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loans.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular followups and personalized service.
    • Crosssell other financial products and services to existing clients.
  • Loan Processing:

    • Assist customers in the documentation and loan application process.
    • Verify the gold collateral and assess the loan eligibility of customers.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of gold loan applications.
    • Liaise with internal teams for loan disbursements renewals and collections.
  • Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on market trends competitor products and customer needs.
    • Identify potential growth areas and help design new offerings in the gold loan space.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies for gold loan transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and loan transactions.
    • Monitor and ensure that all loans are processed and repaid according to company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Graduation in any stream; MBA or PostGraduate degree is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • 13 years of experience in sales or relationship management preferably in financial services banking or gold loans.
    • Prior experience in handling gold loan products or similar financial products is an added advantage.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to build longterm customer relationships and offer personalized services.
    • Knowledge of banking finance and regulatory norms related to gold loans.
    • Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Others:

    • Should be selfmotivated with a targetdriven approach.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Good knowledge of the local market in Bhatinda and surrounding regions is preferred.
