Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support new hire onboarding processes including preparing documentation conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Assist in processing payroll information and benefits enrollment including liaising with finance and benefits providers.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate job postings screen resumes schedule interviews and assist with recruitment efforts for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate and uptodate documentation (e.g. contracts certifications and other HRrelated documents).
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and administrative processes.
- Utilize HR software to track employee information generate reports and support other HR initiatives.
- Assist in organizing HRrelated events such as training sessions teambuilding activities and employee recognition programs.
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR metrics analytics and special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or a related HR role.
- Effective communication in both Hindi and English is essential.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR functions and practices including payroll benefits compliance and employee relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to address HRrelated issues effectively and in a timely manner
