Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and resultsdriven Appointment Setters to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential clients qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by ensuring our calendar is consistently filled with highquality meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone email and social media based on provided lead lists.
Qualify leads using predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team ensuring a smooth handoff.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and processes.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointmentsetting targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting telemarketing or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking to seniorlevel professionals.
Goaloriented mindset with a focus on results.
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commission Structure:
Base Commission (Per Appointment):
£50 per successfully booked and attended appointment.
Bonus Commission (For Results):
An additional £100 for every lead that converts into a paying client.
Performance Bonus:
If you book 10 attended appointments in a month you will receive a £200 bonus.
Additional Details:
Payments are made monthly based on attended appointments and conversions confirmed by the sales team.
All noshows or cancellations are not eligible for commission unless rescheduled and attended.
