Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to restaurant standards.
- Ensure tables are set clean and organized for the next guest.
- Address guest inquiries special requests and concerns professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Filipino National (required).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a waiter or in the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
