Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in managing our email marketing efforts ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that resonate with our audience drive engagement and contribute to the company s growth.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday Friday flexible between 9am 6pm Miami FL
Responsibilities
- Collect and curate qualified email addresses from various sources while maintaining and segmenting email lists in our email marketing CRMs (e.g. Mailchimp Sendgrid HubSpot Pardot).
- Craft compelling errorfree email content including drafting proofreading and editing for marketing campaigns.
- Design and customize visually appealing email templates using designated email marketing platforms.
- Develop test and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and streamline outreach efforts.
- Manage manual followups with leads via email to ensure timely communication.
- Monitor analyze and report on email campaign performance metrics leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing and sales to ensure email strategies align with broader organizational goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends emerging tools and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and impactful.
- Build execute and manage campaigns and lead tracking in CRM platforms such as Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in email copywriting and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written English and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing performance trackers.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or comparable solutions).
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign strategy architecture design and execution.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- A datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Selfmotivated organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
