Schedule: 40 hours per weel; Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Brisbane time (6 AM to 3 PM Manila time)
Note: Candidate should not have any other parttime or fulltime jobs
Overview
The Recruitment Resourcer will play a key role in managing endtoend recruitment activities for a major construction project requiring the fulfillment of 1000 roles (excluding a 20% turnover projection in 2025). This role will be instrumental in supporting the project s workforce demands by leveraging Workday for requisition management job advertising candidate shortlisting and coordinating the offer process.
Key Responsibilities
Requisition Management
- Partner with hiring managers and recruitment leads to create review and approve requisitions in Workday.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate requisition statuses in the system.
- Track and manage requisition workflows to ensure timely approvals and postings.
Advertising
- Draft compelling job advertisements tailored to attract top talent for diverse project roles.
- Post job advertisements on Workday company careers pages and relevant job boards.
- Ensure compliance with company branding and equal opportunity requirements in all advertisements.
Shortlisting and Candidate Management
- Screen applications in Workday to identify candidates meeting role requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to present shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening interviews where applicable.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular and clear communication.
Offer Process Coordination
- Draft and issue offer letters in Workday ensuring alignment with project requirements and approvals.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and finalize offers.
- Ensure preemployment checks and onboarding processes are initiated postoffer acceptance.
Key Metrics
- TimetoFill: Maintain an average timetofill aligned with project milestones.
- Quality of Hire: Achieve a high percentage of hires meeting performance expectations during probation.
- Offer Acceptance Rate: Target an acceptance rate of over 90%.
- Turnover Mitigation: Proactively fill roles to offset the projected 20% turnover.
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience in highvolume recruitment for construction or similar industries.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing endtoend recruitment processes in Workday.
- Strong ability to write compelling job advertisements.
- Proven success in managing highvolume recruitment pipelines.
- Familiarity with preemployment checks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable
- Experience recruiting in a construction or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and practices.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
