- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals contracts and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the hotel.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities achievements and challenges.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Cloud is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
