Office ReceptionistCourier - Eurofins Environment Testing

Eurofins Environments Testing is hiring a new Office Receptionist in our Bellingham WA location! Please note this role will also serve as courier as needed. 

The Office receptionist will play a crucial role in supporting our microbiology team by managing daytoday office operations. This position requires excellent phone skills the ability to quickly learn and understand technical information and a proactive approach to problemsolving. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented capable of multitasking and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Answering Phones: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Logging in samples
• Filing data reports
• Courier work
• Possible janitorial duties
• Placing bottle orders for laboratory and clients
• Stocking supplies
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications :

• High school diploma. Biology and/or Chemistry course work a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Must have good customer service and phone etiquette
• Able to work around strong odors loud sounds and potentially hazardous chemicals/samples
• Must be dependable team player
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 2535 pounds
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and perform tasks within a given time frame
• Knowledge of water industry and/or environmental science strongly recommended
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement including the ability to read write and speak in English.

Additional Information :

This is a fulltime position. MondayFriday 9 am 6 pm with flexibility for overtime and weekend coverage as needed.
