Job Description
As the Senior Beverage Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation of Beverage Operations in bars lounges and the casino floor.
- Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Scheduling training and evaluating Beverage Operations staff ensuring quality appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards. Job Requirements:
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be able to communicate read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a high end highvolume luxury hotel/restaurant beverage or banquet department with at least 1 year in a senior position is preferred.
- Candidate must exhibit advanced service beverage and cocktail knowledge.
- Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred.
- Candidate must be able to lead and work selfmanaged. * Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times I am able to perform my job in the Job Detail
