Developair Technologies was founded 6 years ago with the goal of radically improving the way software is developed on embedded systems. Our SaaS platform automates the development process for such systems and our customers are industrial companies from various sectors.
Business Development Representative
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Business Acumen: you have a keen eye to hunt out and seize new opportunities. You are driven by targets and results therefore you are not shy to reach out to prospects using the different means you have available (email LinkedIn phone etc.)
Customer Oriented: you have a problemsolving approach you are very comfortable with the KSPs of your products so you use them to provide tailored solutions to answer the customers needs.
Proactive: you are curious about our products and our targetmarket you are a quick learner and you bring enthusiasm while rowing together in the same direction.
Sales Focus: You are keen to explore and experience the different stages of sales and build a career in the technical sales field. You have previously worked on KPIs possibly in a lead generation position.
Excellent Communication skills: you communicate efficiently and timely with your customers and your team. When communicating you ensure your message is understood with clarity and purpose.
Tasks:
Identify and target potential customers and businesses that could benefit from adopting our products and services.
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through emails phone calls social media and other channels.
Qualify leads by identifying their decisionmaking and/or sponsoring capabilities within their organization.
Schedule sales meetings for the sales team and collaborate on the design and tailoring of ppt sales presentations.
Build relationships with potential customers and existing leads through efficient and targeted communication and followups.
Utilize product knowledge and internal resources to leverage technical skill sets to understand customers needs.
Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales using Hubspot CRM and MS Office tools.
Support with the design and refinement of existing and new marketing materials.
Experience:
Around 2 years experience in technical sales/ lead generation.
Comfortable with software products and services.
Fluent in English and able to write and communicate at a C1 level.
Proficient in the use of MS Office.
Comfortable writing social media posts that resonate with the target audience.
Stand out if you:
Have experience with leadgeneration KPIs and related tools.
Can speak German or French fluently.
Can comfortably use WordPress and/or graphical design tools.
Have previously used web platforms to support marketing activities.
