What Required Skills You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, document control, Reporting, graphic design, administration and support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Arabic and English.
Ability to prepare reports, organization structure, flow charts, schedules and action plans.
Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management.
Data Collection and Analysis – Proficient
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other computer skills are a plus.
Project Management Software: Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com.
Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating documents, schedules, and reports.
Document Management Tools: Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace) for storing and sharing project-related documents.
Communication Skills
Effective Written and Verbal Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with clients, vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
Active Listening: Ability to listen and understand project requirements, team needs, and client expectations.
