About the Role
As a Creative Strategist you will bridge the gap between datadriven insights and strategic creative execution. You’ll collaborate closely with clients account managers and creative teams to conceptualize develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that drive results. Your role will focus on developing TikTokfirst strategies creating UGC concepts and providing thought leadership on trends and best practices across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Intake Industry Research and Creative Strategy:
- Intake and distill brand brief to ensure full understanding of brand and industry.
- Perform a deep dive into brand research industry and competitors to create a brand bible and creative guidelines.
- Lead the creation of creative blueprint and strategy for testing creative efficiently.
Campaign Ideation & Strategy:
- Develop and present creative strategies tailored to client goals.
- Leverage social media knowledge and trends to inspire creative concepts particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
- Provide databacked recommendations to optimize creative performance.
Content Development:
- Create detailed briefs for UGC creators and production teams.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines platform best practices and campaign objectives.
- Oversee content execution providing feedback to creators and production teams.
Client Collaboration:
- Work directly with clients to understand their goals challenges and target audiences.
- Present creative strategies concepts and performance insights to key stakeholders.
Trend Analysis & Insights:
- Stay ahead of industry trends new platform features and emerging formats.
- Share insights with clients and internal teams to inform future strategies.
Performance Optimization:
- Collaborate with the paid media team to analyze campaign performance.
- Suggest creative optimizations based on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a digital or social media agency.
- Expertise in TikTok Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of UGC trends and strategies.
- Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable using data to inform creative decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Monday.com or similar project management platforms is a plus.
