Job Description
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 10 years of handson experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of Windows Server administration including Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technology.
- Proficiency in security patch management and system hardening with specific experience using Tanium.
- Handson experience with IT hardware support storage and backup solutions.
- Soft Skills
- Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Resultsdriven mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT Operations Management principles and best practices.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network Security or Microsoft/VMware certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience with other endpoint management tools is an advantage.
