- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers engineers designers and business analysts to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future project delivery.
- Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process including the creation evaluation and selection of vendors or service providers.
- Organize and facilitate Steering Committee meetings involving key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and decisionmaking for projects.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities | Strong knowledge of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies tools and techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Solid capacity for tracking budgets and reporting deviations early. Experience in working with and managing vendors (onshore and offshore) Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
