JOB SUMMARY
This position must be proficient in data frameworks to analyze collect and compile data into comprehensible meaningful results including key performance measures dashboards and other types of reports. The role will report to the technical lead for a modernization project. The job duties will include working directly with the team vendors and the business units to identify build and maintain crucial reports needed by organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook.
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- Experienced with relational databases SQL and/or Oracle.
- Strong technical expertise in data models database design and data mining techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistics and experience utilizing statistical software for data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen ability to collect organize analyze and present large volumes of data with precision and attention to detail.
- Skilled in querying report generation and presenting analytical findings.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams as well as working independently.
- Proven ability to deliver highquality work within established deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative collaborative and customerfocused approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Develop and implement data analyses that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify existing KPIs dashboards and reports throughout the department.
- Analyze optimize and recreate existing KPIs dashboards and reports in the new solution.
- Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work with project team to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Understanding the ASIS business platform and the processes that support the systems within the department.
- Understanding the functional and technical requirements for the project.
- Supporting preparations for modernization.
- Organizing and attending various department meetings.
MODERNIZATION PROJECT DELIVERABLES
- Data visualization for KPIs dashboards and reports.
- Report inventory of existing KPIs dashboards and reports.
- Report inventory of desired and/or new KPIs dashboards and reports.
- Document questions and discoveries found during evaluation.
- Create modify and track all required documentation for assigned tasks.
- Create necessary design documents.
- Provide a concise weekly status report of work completed and work remaining on assigned tasks.
