Job Description
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role
Indepth knowledge of IAM principles technologies and best practices
Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as SailPoint Okta Azure AD or similar
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM IAM certifications) are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards
Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions including access management identity governance and multi factor authentication
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals
Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices technologies and industry trends
Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
