Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will serve as a key partner providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. This role demands exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO s calendar appointments and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft review and manage correspondence presentations and reports.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings including agendas and minutes.
Ensure followups on action items and commitments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules and priorities.
Oversee confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Handle expense reports invoices and other financial documentation.
Maintain records files and databases for easy access and retrieval.
Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
Liaise with department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the CEOs directives.
Monitor key deliverables and deadlines ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant preferably supporting Csuite executives.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage highpressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
