Im the direct recruiter hiring for a Collections Specialist longterm role with a leading environmental inspection services company experiencing 400% growth!
Base pay PLUS commission
Remote/Flexible Guaranteed 6hour days PST
As Collections Specialist with The Testing Agency ( ) you will be working alongside a great team in the water damage/restoration industry in the Orange County San Diego & Los Angeles areas. YOU can live anywhere in this remote role!
HIGHLIGHTS:

Flexible Monday through Friday schedule start as early as 7am Pacific time and/or work into 2nd shift hours
Commissions to be offered based on collections responsibilities
Commission structure has the potential to double your earnings!
Make phone calls and send emails to collect on testing invoices
Communicate effectively with adjusters homeowners and other stakeholders ensuring professionalism even in potentially stressful situations
Answer any incoming calls and assist with collections
Accurately log all communications and payment statuses in the company s database
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have prior experience in collections particularly with handling overdue accounts plus:
Possess strong phone skills with the ability to manage conversations with upset or uncooperative clients tactfully and professionally
High level of accuracy in recording payment information and tracking accounts
Experience in insurance billing/dealing with adjusters a plus
Water damage/restoration experience is an added bonus
Must have a computer with reliable internet access
