Our client is a leading healthcare and wellness services provider. They currently have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be based in Lagos and will be expected to cover Lagos Oyo Ogun Ondo and Edo States.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving sales (through direct indirect & crossselling activities) of our pharmaceutical & medical diagnostics products and services to meet agreed targets
- Ability to identify trends opportunities and challenges to such sales design & implement strategies & plans to meet same.
- Supervision and development of sales & business development teams
- Experience in developing and responding to bids RFPs & RFQs etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in Sales and/or Business Development within the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Diagnostics sectors.
- Experience in leading sales/business development teams (they will eventually have Sales Executives reporting to them).
- Should be Medical Lab. Scientists Pharmacists or have similar educational and/or professional backgrounds.
