Our client a leading asset management firm that offers diverse investment options such as equities fixedincome securities and alternative assets is looking to employ a Wealth Manager. The Wealth Manager is the principal contact with the Company s wealth client (HNI or Corporate)
and must possess broad and deep understanding of sophisticated wealth management
practices and investment strategies. The role is responsible for leading the development of new client relationships and maintaining the existing relationships.
Client Service
Analyze clients financial information to develop strategies that help meet their financial objectives.
Implement financial planning recommendations or refer clients to appropriate resources for plan execution.
Regularly review clients accounts and financial plans to identify if life changes economic shifts environmental factors or performance indicators necessitate plan adjustments.
Manage client portfolios and ensure financial plans remain uptodate with evolving client needs.
Maintain periodic contact with clients to track changes in their financial situation and goals.
Clearly communicate the roles and responsibilities of the personal financial advisor outlining the services provided.
Offer expert financial advice to clients aiming to optimize returns on investments.
Help clients balance their shortterm and longterm financial goals within their existing economic constraints.
Assess clients investment risk tolerance to provide tailored wealth management services.
Stay informed on investment performance economic developments and market trends to advise clients effectively.
Business Development
Actively participate in sales meetings with potential clients to foster relationships and identify business opportunities.
Organize and facilitate client meetings ensuring effective presentations that align with client needs.
Generate new leads and referrals from existing clients and external networks.
Strive to increase assets under management (AUM) through targeted efforts to expand current accounts.
Drive the generation of new deposits (net flow) achieving agreed targets while optimizing the cost of funds.
Secure strategic partnerships develop marketing initiatives and work towards revenue growth.
Provide valueadded feebased wealth management services when applicable.
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in an asset management company.
Strong business and market intelligence.
Expertise in customer experience management.
High level of financial literacy.
Indepth understanding of financial markets.
Knowledge of financial instruments and products.
Proficiency in asset and liability management.
Experience in liquidity management.
