The Hygiene Officer will lead below responsibilities under OHS Manager of the Executive Office department Leadership:
Luxury hotel experience is a must

Excellent team player and great communication skills
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort.
Knowledge of Hygiene Standards: Thorough understanding of hygiene regulations, sanitation protocols, and health standards applicable to the specific industry (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, food service).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot hygiene issues or areas of non-compliance and address them proactively.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess hygiene practices, identify risks, and make recommendations for improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate hygiene policies and procedures clearly to staff and management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of resolving issues related to hygiene practices, especially under pressure.
Organized: Strong organizational skills to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained and improvements are tracked.
Proactive: Ability to identify potential hygiene issues before they become problems and act quickly.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example and motivate staff to adhere to hygiene standards.
Health-Conscious: A strong commitment to maintaining health and safety for employees and guests through proper hygiene practices.
