Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Dominos you will be the face and voice of our brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assisting customers with orders inquiries and resolving concerns
- Providing accurate product information and promoting current deals and specials
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
