Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

You will ensure that everyone who arrives or departs from our property receives a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye. You are a key person in the delivery of our guest service experience and will serve as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel. While the main responsibility is to control the lobby traffic and assist guests, there are many intangible elements to the role. Being highly guest-interactive, flexible, and possessing extensive knowledge of the hotel operation is essential for your success in this role.
1. Guest Reception and Assistance:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is handled with care and transported to their rooms or other areas of the facility.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide them with information about the hotel’s amenities and services.
2. Rooming and Check-In Support:
Assist guests with the check-in process, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information about their stay.
Show guests the features and functions of their room, such as heating, air conditioning, and electronics.
Offer assistance with setting up in-room amenities such as Wi-Fi, safe, and television.
3. Concierge Services:
Provide guests with information about local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations.
Assist with arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, or special requests as needed.
Help guests with arranging tours, activities, or concierge services.


Desired candidate profile


High School Diploma
Passionate about hospitality
Positive learning attitude
Good communication skills
Good level of English
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Physical Stamina: Ability to carry, lift, and move luggage and other items as required.
Communication Skills: Clear communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest issues and special requests promptly and efficiently.
Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the local area, tourist attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
Professionalism: Presentable, with excellent grooming and attire that reflects the establishment’s standards.
Friendly and Approachable: Warm, friendly, and courteous demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Focus on ensuring all guest requests are met and that no detail is overlooked.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, reception, and concierge.
Adaptability: Capable of handling a fast-paced environment and adjusting to the needs of guests.
