Reconciliations: Assist Finance Manager on Bank reconciliation, GL Reconciliations, Fee reconciliation, important account reconciliations etc.
Month end closing: Month end standard JV posting and filing, Allocations posting and review, Check Accruals and Prepaid and manage, etc.
Assist FM on Q reviews, Forecasting and Budgeting
Maintain the contract register, Asset register, compliance resister etc. regularly.
Assist FM on month end and other reports.
1. General Ledger Management:
Maintain and update the general ledger by posting journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain the chart of accounts to ensure it is consistent with the company’s accounting policies.
2. Financial Statement Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Provide supporting schedules for financial reporting and assist in year-end closing processes.
3. Month-End and Year-End Closing:
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Coordinate with other departments to gather information and finalize the month-end close.
4. Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis, including cash, receivables, payables, fixed assets, and other accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts.
Prepare and maintain reconciliations for intercompany transactions and related balances.
5. Internal Controls and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Assist with external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Maintain accurate and organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting / finance (Master’s Degree is a plus).
At least 2-3 years in similar role.
Excellence in English communication and computer literacy.

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and reconcile accounts.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and transaction recording.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, especially during month-end and year-end closing periods.
