Job Description
Job Title: Systems Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate current IT systems and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Develop and document detailed specifications for system modifications or enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to design test and implement system solutions.
- Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Create user manuals conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle).
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Certifications such as ITIL TOGAF or similar are a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
