Job Description
Job Title: Infor ERP Specialist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and assist in the implementation of Infor ERP software across various business functions.
- Configure the ERP system to support business processes workflows and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that ERP system customizations align with business goals.
- Maintain and support Infor ERP applications ensuring uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues working closely with the technical team for problem resolution.
- Monitor system health performance and security ensuring optimal operation of the ERP system.
- Provide enduser training on the use of the Infor ERP system ensuring adoption and proficiency.
- Assist users with questions and issues related to the ERP system troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Work with business units to assess and optimize processes using the ERP system.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency scalability and usability.
- Evaluate new features and updates released by Infor and make recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
- Assist with the integration of ERP data with other business systems and tools.
- Ensure the accuracy consistency and security of ERP data.
- Develop and maintain custom reports dashboards and queries to support decisionmaking and business analysis.
- Partner with departments such as Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing HR and IT to align ERP system capabilities with organizational needs.
- Participate in ERPrelated projects including system upgrades new module implementations and integrations with thirdparty applications.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies industry standards and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems.
- Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations customizations and processes.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Infor ERP or similar ERP systems are a plus.
- 35 years of handson experience with Infor ERP systems (Infor LN Infor CloudSuite or similar modules).
- Experience in system configuration implementation and user support within an ERP environment.
- Experience with business processes in areas such as finance inventory management supply chain and manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Infor ERP modules (e.g. Financials Supply Chain Manufacturing HR etc.).
- Experience with SQL report writing and database management.
- Ability to write and debug customizations scripts or integrations.
- Experience with ERPrelated technologies (e.g. APIs EDI Web Services).
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Infor M3.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
