Job Description
Job Title: NetSuite ERP Specialist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage NetSuite ERP system ensuring it meets business needs and industry best practices.
- Customize NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials Inventory Order Management CRM) to align with business requirements.
- Manage and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to endusers troubleshoot issues and resolve systemrelated problems.
- Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking and monitor system performance.
- Ensure timely application of system updates patches and new features to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct system testing for new configurations and integrations documenting all customizations processes and procedures.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and suggest actionable solutions through NetSuite.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
- Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP including system administration configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials CRM Inventory Order Management and SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder for customizations.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs or thirdparty tools.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
