Job Description
Tasks
- Helping Customers: Youll handle customer inquiries over the phone email or chat advising them on solutions and ensuring theyre satisfied with our service.
- Documenting: Record each case in our system so we have a clear history of every interaction.
- ProblemSolving: Work to resolve issues quickly meeting our performance goals. If something urgent comes up flag it with your supervisor right away.
- Teamwork: While youll need to work independently being a team player and communicating well with others is key.
- Keeping Standards High: Aim to meet our quality standards in every interaction and ensure youre hitting targets for response times and resolution rates.
- Flexibility: Be open to taking on extra tasks that help the team or our clients and stay engaged by attending training sessions when needed.
Requirements
- Were flexible with parttime options (minimum 20 hours per week) but youll need to commit to fulltime hours during your first two months for training.
- If youre not a native speaker youll go through a language assessment.
- Language Skills: You should be at least B2 level or better Dutch and B1 in English so you can handle documentation and system logging.
- Experience: Experience in outsourced customer service is a plus but not a must.
Location:
- Riga Latvia
- After your first three months theres an option to work from home at least two days a week especially if youre on a late shift ending after 9 pm.

Salary
1500 to1700 depending on your experience it can be discussed.
