Were looking for a Business Development Manager to help build steer and implement our sales strategy from the ground up and have a very significant influence on our product development including creating and a/b testing new offerings. This role is a very early stage foundational role: a great fit for someone who enjoys shaping and refining new processes and strategies in a startup environment. Since this role will be one of the first employees directly supporting the Founding Team it will be highly independent and handson but also crucial to the longterm success of the business.
Tasks
- Develop and execute BD/Sales strategies that align with our company goals and the needs of our clients.
- Actively engage in selling our services adapting our offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
- Use insights from sales activities to influence our product development and strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Find best ways to utilize the Nordstar Venture Studio network.
- Adapt and respond to the fastpaced nature of a startup helping us finetune our productmarket fit.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales or business development ideally within a techfocused or consultancy/advisory firm.
- Strategic and pragmatic with experience in crafting and leading initiatives that drive growth.
- Selfmotivated and independent comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Very strong communicator skilled in negotiation and building relationships.
- Keen interest in AI and Automation with a willingness to continually learn and apply new concepts.
