Tasks

Job description:

As the Director of Sales and Account Management you
will play a pivotal role in driving PROMATISs growth by managing
client relationships and overseeing the implementation of digitalization
strategies. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective and
existing clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions
that leverage the power of Oracle technologies with a strong emphasis
on intelligent business processes and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the identification and acquisition of new business
    opportunities building and sustaining strong relationships with key
    decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Managing the endtoend sales cycle from prospecting and proposal generation to contract negotiation and finalization.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams including process experts
    and IT specialists to design and implement customized digitization
    solutions for clients.
  • Supporting clients through project implementation and ensuring their
    longterm success with postimplementation operational support.
  • Participating in the development and execution of targeted marketing
    campaigns and business development strategies to reach potential
    customers.
  • Fostering and strengthening strategic partnerships particularly with Oracle to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven track record in client acquisition with the ability to selfgenerate leads and manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Extensive knowledge and handson experience with business
    application software in at least one of the following areas: ERP
    SCM/Logistics EPM CX HCM.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to
    engage and present effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • A selfmotivated responsible and resultsoriented approach with excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
  • At least 4 years of clientfacing experience ideally in a sales or account management capacity within the IT or software industry.
  • Experience in managing complex sales processes including long sales cycles and multistakeholder environments.

Salary & Benefits:

A competitive compensation model will be discussed during the interview process.

OTE $180000 $200000

Travel:

Travel requirements are expected to be 25% to 50% with potential for both domestic and international travel.
