The Business Application Analyst Senior will work with external vendors system owners community partners contractors and Keck Medicine leadership to design develop implement and make operational Business Application information systems.
MustHaves for the Role:
**Local candidates will be prioritized. The position is remote and the candidate MUST be able to work PST hours
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
At least 3 years experience in an IS healthcare setting.
2 years experience in full life cycle implementations including scoping/planning requirements gathering design development testing and golive support.
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Computer Engineering or a related field.
Alternatively 9 years of equivalent work experience without a bachelor s degree.
Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling particularly Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in configuring applications and supporting interfaces and reporting within solutions.
Experience with tools such as Lawson Oracle PeopleSoft Finance and/or Procurement/Supply Chain systems.
Analytical and Administrative Skills:
Ability to identify and document design specifications based on user needs and perform needgap analyses.
Proficient in analyzing and evaluating systems to solve problems using data processing techniques.
Strong knowledge of functional workflows and processes to maintain system functionality and enhance user productivity.
Data Management and Reporting:
Expertise in extracting analyzing and transforming data while maintaining system security and data integrity.
Experience in creating and maintaining advancedlevel reports using SQL QlikView Lawson Business Intelligence Infor Business Intelligence and Kronos Genies.
Project and Communication Skills:
Ability to coordinate with external vendors system owners community partners contractors and leadership to implement and operationalize business application systems.
Proven ability to manage software upgrades implementations and conversions while facilitating effective communication between users and vendors.
Medical Enterprise NonClinical Onboarding Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date with no exceptions.

TB Test:
Annual test required; results must be read within 24 to 48 hours
Positive TB history requires chest xray results
Drug Screen:
Must be taken within 72 hours or the offer is rescinded.
10panel drug test including:
o Amphetamines
o Barbiturates
o Benzodiazepines
o metabolite
o Opiates (Codeine Morphine)
o Hydrocodone
o Hydromorphone
o Oxycodone
o Phencyclidine
o Methadone

Influenza Vaccination:
Required for the current flu season (11/1 through 5/30)
Workers starting after May 1st should wait until after September 1st for the next flu shot season
