- Develop and deliver lounge operations to budget
- Continually grow customer satisfaction ratings
- Continual development of service culture programs
- Protect lounges under our care
- Oversee recruitment and retention of key talent within the department
- Ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive productive and professional
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality and Tourism
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment visa requirements in multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and lounge service
- Proven cost management ability
