Job Description
- Technical assessment of projects in line with relevant legislation legal precedent and HMRC guidance to ensure that valid claims can be made.
- Undertaking property surveys to support claim process.
- Preparation of compliant highquality capital allowances claims utilising inhouse software.
- Management of multiple claims for corporate clients.
- Effective management of claim process including liaison with clients consultants and colleagues to ensure claims are optimised and deadlines met.
- Support claims in the event of HMRC enquiries.
- Attend meetings build and develop effective working relationships with colleagues intermediaries and other networks to help develop new business opportunities.
- Undertake inhouse project management and quality control systems/protocols.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge.
- Work with senior team to develop capability in other service areas such as land remediation relief VAT and international depreciation.
- Drive selfdevelopment through external training the performance management process and AECOM University training resource.
Qualifications :
- Degree in a relevant subject such as quantity surveying
- Relevant professional qualification such as RICS or ATT would be beneficial.
