Job Title: Sr. Application Developer

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA)
*(Previous FERPA experience is not necessary; we will require the candidate selected for hire to complete our standard FERPA training).
Experience developing enterpriselevel applications using ASP.NET Web Forms and IIS deployment.
Extensive indepth experience with an objectoriented programming language such as C#.
Experience in ALL of the following: DHTML CSS JavaScript XML JSON and basic HTTP protocols.
Experience designing and implementing REST API methods to query complex database systems.
Experience with SQL using TSQL LINQ PL/SQL and stored procedures. Experience with data extraction from complex database systems and data warehouses.
Knowledge of SSL certificates and common web application security practices (including attack vectors like SQL injection CrossSite Scripting and other OWASP Top Ten Critical Web Application Security Vulnerabilities).
Analytical skills to evaluate current business processes and to develop automated solutions to enhance the data management functions of current processes.
Writing skills to develop technical and operational manuals.
