Responsibilities
Define document and maintain business process maps requirements use cases user stories technical specifications and test artifacts.
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for the OnBoard Information System.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure solid reliable solutions while challenging deficiencies when necessary.
Present confidently to project teams leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe) to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Create and document Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) artifacts and process steps.
Utilize tools like Jira Confluence BitBucket and ServiceNow to streamline collaboration and workflow.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools for documentation reporting and project management.
Adapt to a fastpaced highvisibility environment contributing effectively to integrated team efforts.
