The Senior Assets & Facilities Manager will make sure to successfully offer site management solutions with in-depth analysis, by nurturing and cultivating both the company’s existing property portfolio and it’s short to long-term business goals.
Asset Management:
Oversee the life cycle management of all physical assets, including acquisition, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the utilization and performance of company assets.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of assets to ensure they are properly tracked, valued, and maintained.
Ensure that asset inventory records are accurate and up to date, utilizing asset management software to streamline tracking.
Implement preventive maintenance plans for all key assets to reduce downtime and extend their operational lifespan.
Lead the implementation of asset management policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Facilities Management:
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all company facilities, ensuring that buildings, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are in optimal working condition.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations for all facilities.
Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure minimal disruptions to daily operations.
Manage and coordinate facility renovations, repairs, and improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet company standards.
Ensure the provision of necessary facilities services, including cleaning, waste management, security, and utilities.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the annual budget for assets and facilities management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Track and control expenditures related to asset acquisition, maintenance, and facilities management.
Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards for facilities and asset management.
Conduct regular reviews of facility operations and asset performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Vendor and Contract Management:
Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors, including those involved in maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services.
Negotiate contracts, review service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure that vendors meet performance expectations and deliver quality services.
Monitor the performance of external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and company expectations.
Evaluate and select vendors for services related to assets and facilities, ensuring they align with budget and operational requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Hotel Management.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management or asset management.
Should have strong knowledge of facilities management best practices, safety regulations, and Food safety.
Should be able to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in asset management and facilities management software (e.g., CMMS, CAFM).
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety), equipment maintenance, and facilities management practices.
Familiarity with sustainability practices, including energy management, waste reduction, and environmental compliance.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
