Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

To support the sales department by building strong business relationships with Customers and facilitate product listing, price changes and updates. To make sure to achieve all set KPI’s as per channel target and strategy. To sell all approved national promotions and by instruction an guidance of his senior sales supervisors to open new potential customers.
Wholesale Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase wholesale business revenue.
Identify new wholesale opportunities, markets, and customers by analyzing industry trends and competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients, distributors, and suppliers to promote business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Foster long-term, productive relationships with key stakeholders and clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and agreed upon by both parties.
Work with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Ensure that all agreements are documented, followed up on, and properly executed.
Order Management and Processing:

Oversee the order-to-delivery process, ensuring that wholesale orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock for wholesale orders.
Track and manage order statuses, ensuring that delivery timelines and client expectations are met.


Desired candidate profile


Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

High School Certificate

2 years of FMCG wholesale experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and sales data to make informed decisions.
Proficient in using sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems.
Ability to handle complex customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Soft Skills:

Customer-focused with the ability to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive client experience.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for driving sales and business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find creative solutions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively across departments.
