Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


es:Develop and implement Total Quality Management strategies that align with organizational goa
ls.Review and revise Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure compliance with industry standar
ds.Collaborate with teams across various divisions to promote a culture of quality and continuous improveme
nt.Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive performance and address any areas of conce
rn.Conduct training and workshops to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organizat
Quality Assurance and Compliance Management:

Ensure that all products, services, and processes comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that align with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, or other industry-specific certifications).
Monitor and audit quality compliance across all departments to ensure that operations are carried out in adherence to established procedures and regulations.
Identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address any issues.
Regulatory and Standards Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure the company remains compliant.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations such as FDA, ISO, CE marking, and other relevant certifications.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and government agencies to manage inspections, certifications, and audits.
Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, ensuring it meets all required guidelines and is submitted within deadlines.
Audit and Inspection Management:

Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Prepare the team and relevant departments for audits by ensuring records, documents, and systems are in order.
Lead responses to audit findings, ensuring the timely implementation of corrective actions to address non-compliance or deficiencies.
Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, and non-conformance issues for reference and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement and Risk Management:

Identify areas for continuous improvement in quality management processes and ensure that initiatives are implemented effectively.
Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, rework rates) and work with the team to improve processes and reduce quality risks.
Facilitate risk assessments and ensure that quality risks are managed proactively.
Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify underlying causes of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.


Desired candidate profile

NCE:A seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience in a Senior/Group Quality Assurance role, specifically within the food and beverage sec
tor.Proven track record in a multi-national company, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement effective quality management syst
ems.Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipl
Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of quality management principles and systems, including QMS, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk management.
Proficiency in regulatory standards and certifications relevant to the industry (e.g., FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).
Experience using quality management software (e.g., SAP, TrackWise, MasterControl, or other QMS tools).
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
Soft Skills:

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex compliance information clearly to senior management and other stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and compliance issues proactively.
Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality.
