Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Assist the OD Manager in ensuring the proper planning, implementation, and completion of all talent management activities across the organization including but not limited to Organizational Talent Reviews (OTR), Leadership Assessments, Coaching, Executive Education, Succession Planning etc.
Recruitment Support:

Assist the Talent Manager in planning, organizing, and executing recruitment efforts for the organization, ensuring that talent acquisition is aligned with company needs.
Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and manage initial stages of the recruitment process, including phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary information about job roles, the recruitment process, and company culture.
Candidate Sourcing:

Support in identifying potential candidates for job openings through job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
Assist in creating and implementing sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pool for current and future job openings.
Research and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent networks to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Work alongside the Talent Manager to develop and refine talent acquisition strategies based on organizational goals and workforce planning.
Help identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest enhancements to attract high-quality candidates.
Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis on talent trends, compensation data, and industry best practices.
Candidate Experience Management:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Handle candidate inquiries professionally and promptly, providing feedback on interview outcomes and next steps.
Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive interview environment, reinforcing the company’s values and culture.
Onboarding Support:

Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome materials, scheduling orientations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordinate with internal departments (IT, facilities, HR) to ensure new hires have the tools and resources they need to start their roles effectively.
Monitor the progress of new hires and provide feedback to the Talent Manager on the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
Employee Development and Retention:

Collaborate with the Talent Manager to support employee development programs, including training initiatives, career pathing, and skill-building opportunities.
Help identify and track employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys or gathering feedback to improve talent retention strategies.
Assist with organizing employee recognition programs, performance review processes, and career development meetings.


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Social Sciences with globally accredited certification in Psychometrics.
6 years of relevant experience in Talent Management
Competence in developing development paths and succession plans that align with organizational goals.
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent in English Language (verbal & written communication)
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR software for tracking and analyzing hiring metrics (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Behavioral Traits:

A passion for helping others develop their careers and being a key player in building great teams.
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
