Job Description
The Lakhani Group is a leading hotel development and construction company renowned for delivering highend and complex hospitality projects in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. This is a fulltime onsite position requiring immediate availability. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 10 years of proven experience in designing interiors for luxury hotels a creative approach and fluent English skills (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design interiors for hotel spaces including guest rooms lobbies restaurants and event areas.
- Prepare detailed drawings renderings and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with architects project managers and contractors to align designs with project objectives and timelines.
- Select furniture fixtures finishes and materials to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure design specifications are met.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative concepts into projects.
- Prepare mood boards material samples and presentations for client reviews.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in designing interiors for luxury hotels or high-end hospitality spaces. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection for high-end interiors. Excellent creative and visualization skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively. Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
