Data Entry and Management:
- Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process incoming data from different sources (forms, emails, documents, etc.) into a digital format.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the system by performing quality checks.

Data Organization and Storage:
- Organize and categorize data according to predetermined criteria for easy retrieval and use.
- Maintain and update electronic files, databases, or physical records.
- Implement proper data storage procedures to comply with data retention policies.

Data Validation and Quality Control:
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them as needed.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across records.
- Ensure that all data processing activities meet organizational standards and policies.

Report Generation and Analysis:
- Prepare reports by gathering and processing data from different sources.
- Generate routine or ad-hoc reports based on the needs of different departments or managers.
- Assist in data analysis by summarizing key information and identifying trends or patterns.

Database Maintenance:
- Perform routine database maintenance, including updating records, deleting obsolete data, and ensuring system efficiency.
- Backup and restore data as needed to prevent loss of information.
- Work with IT teams to troubleshoot any issues with database or data processing systems.

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive or personal data.
- Follow data protection policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

- Coordinate with other departments or team members to obtain required data or resolve discrepancies.

Document Preparation and Filing:
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, ensuring that they are properly filed and archived.
- Support administrative tasks related to document management and record-keeping.
- Prepare documents for scanning or digitizing for easier access and long-term storage.

Performing Data Audits:
- Conduct periodic data audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of records.
- Reconcile discrepancies and make necessary adjustments to data entries.
- Report any inconsistencies or issues discovered during audits to the appropriate team.
Desired candidate profile
Diploma with computer background
2-3 years' experience in similar position in Dairy Factory & Data Base experience including MS Word / Excel / Outlook / SAP.
Proficient in English language
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data entry and database management software.
Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data processing and reporting.
Knowledge of data validation techniques and quality control processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
Good communication skills to work effectively with teams and departments.
