Lead Our German Branch to New Heights!
Are you ready to bring your entrepreneurial spirit strategic vision and leadership skills to one of the worlds fastestgrowing technology innovators Were seeking a dynamic General Manager to spearhead our German operations and help us achieve sustainable growth across Europe.
Your Mission:
As the driving force behind our German branch you will:
Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop longterm and annual business plans tailored to the German market. Conduct market research analyze trends and recommend strategies to maximize opportunities.
Business Expansion: Build partnerships explore new markets and grow our customer base increasing market share and enhancing brand reputation.
Team Leadership: Recruit train and manage a highperforming team fostering collaboration creativity and efficiency. Build the organization from the ground up establishing clear roles and streamlined processes.
Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations compliant management systems and strong communication with global headquarters.
Performance Excellence: Set and monitor team goals address challenges proactively and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Location & Market Focus:
Youll lead our efforts in Germany and surrounding European markets leveraging your deep understanding of the local landscape. While relocation to Germany is preferred well sponsor visas for the right candidate.
What Were Looking For:
- Soft Skills & Mindset: High energy problemsolving ability strong collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in the German Market: Proven success in sales or marketing roles with team management experience.
- Young Leader Profile: Under 35 stable career history and a track record of building from 0 to 1.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the electronics or tech sector with strong methods to open new markets.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin; German proficiency preferred.
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or higher (engineering/technology fields preferred) and 5 years in multinational company management.
