We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Recruiter to join our team and make an impact. This role is designed for someone who is ready to work hard bring in new clients and build something incredible from the ground up. Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full hiring process from understanding client needs sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
- Identify pitch and onboard new clients while managing and growing existing relationships.
- Leverage your network social media and cold outreach to attract not only candidates but also clients.
- Build genuine trustbased relationships with clients and candidates becoming their goto recruitment partner.
- Use job boards referrals LinkedIn and innovative sourcing strategies to find highquality candidates.
- Market Provide clients with valuable insights into market trends salary benchmarks and recruitment strategies to help them succeed.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics like timetofill and revenue generated from placements.
- Share strategies and successes with your team to foster a collaborative and highperforming environment.
Requirements:
- 13 years in recruitment ideally within the iGaming industry.
- A strong professional network and presence on LinkedIn.
- Natural affinity for building long lasting relationships built on Honesty and Integrity
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms like Teamtailor.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Hunger for success resilience and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.
